My guest is mental performance coach, motivational speaker and author Ahmard Vital.  This is part 2 of my discussion with him.  If you missed part 1, please go to our previous episode #114. In this episode, we talk about his most recent book – Now What? 5 Steps to Get Up and Make the Most of Life and what motivated him to write it. Each of his 3 books were born out of tragedies and challenges in his life.  We also talk about his dedication to serving others, especially mentoring young males.  As a Christian, he volunteers his time to inspire and make a great impact on them and others so that they rise above their circumstances and envision a successful future.  And, we talk about the important role playing sports has had on his life.  He grew up playing sports, was an athlete, and worked with athletes during much of his professional career.  He stresses the importance of boys being involved with sports from an early age and the tremendous positive impact that playing sports can have on them.
