Ep. #197 - Health Coach Kim Rahir Wants to Help Women 50 and Older Reactivate and Rebuild Muscle and Take Back Their Lives

Kim Rahir is a 60-year-old health coach and mother of 3, who specializes in working with women who are in their midlife years.  Kim shares her personal journey of being diagnosed with MS about 10 years ago.  She was determined to do all she could to beat the diagnosis and started exercising, especially using weights.  Kim eventually left her journalism career when she was in her 50s and became a health coach for middle aged women.  She focuses on helping women to reactivate and rebuild muscle as this is critical for women to build strength and regain their mobility and eventually take back their lives.  Her certifications are numerous, including as a personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, nutrition coach, buff bones osteoporosis exercise instructor, and kettle bell instructor.
