My guest Stephen Lagomarsino or Steve Lags for short is an electrical engineer by profession and a very successful businessman. He grew up in a family in which both his father and grandfather were successful businessmen. As the oldest son, he felt pressured to perform well and meet their high expectations and suffered from anxiety and depression. After graduating from college, he joined his father in the family business TRC Electronics and eventually purchased his father’s share of the business. He has been able to grow the company exponentially and propelled it to the forefront of the power distribution sector. Steve’s passion is working with business leaders in leadership programs. He firmly believes that one of the main keys to success is personal empowerment as people can accomplish much more than they think.
