Author William Donaldson shares about his book Estimated Time of Departure: How I Talked My Parents to Death: A Love Story.  He relates his journey of helping his parents and others, including himself, come to grips with the reality and inevitability of death.   As his parents aged, he was there to help steer them to make decisions about dying.
