Ep. #125 - Retired Police Officer Now Author and Speaker Glen Williams Provides Important Tools to Help You Recover from Trauma

My guest Glen Williams is a retired police officer having served 26 years in patrol and as a detective.  Glen openly and honestly shares his story of developing PTSD after witnessing so much trauma and death during his career and not being able to talk about it.  In his personal life, he suffered from two divorces as a result.  Glen has reinvented his life and is now an author, speaker and communications coach who is dedicated to helping others. His memoir is titled Bridging the Gap-An Inside Look at Communications and Relationships After Traumatic Events. His goal is to help reduce the effects that PTSD, divorce, and suicide have had on trauma exposed professions. Glen used many different tools to recover and is now happily married. He shares these tools as well in his memoir. I met Glen at a Mastermind Retreat for authors last year as he is a fellow Morgan James Publishing author.  You will indeed be inspired by Glen’s profound story of pain, loss, and ultimate triumph!
