Meet my guest Joe Martin, who likes to call himself the director of awesome-relentless positivity.  Joe openly shares how he went from being 50 pounds overweight to being voted his city’s healthiest trainer.  He went from being a below-average student to a best-selling author; from being a youthful offender on probation to being a positive force in his community and working with children; from being very shy to a sought-after speaker; and from being on the verge of suicide, to finding blessings every day wherever possible.  He is passionate about helping women become their best selves through exercise and healthy eating and established Relentless Positivity Fitness for Women.  Even his mom – who is in her 70s – regularly attends his physical fitness classes.  His best-selling book is titled Relentless Positivity.
