Tim discusses why we swipe – meaning moving our fingers over technology to move on to something else - and how it has become an unconscious conditioning.  As he explains, we swipe when we feel discouraged, uncomfortable, or disillusioned. Tim shares some helpful insights as to what we can do and gives us hope that we can indeed finish what we start and fulfill our goals.
